WHO AM I?
After I graduated from ESSEC, a leading business school in France I started to work in major companies of consumer goods as a marketing manager, at Procter & Gamble and then at Lindt (the chocolate company!).
I enjoyed my job very much and gradually took more and more responsibilities.
But after my third child, I started to feel less fulfilled with my job. My husband was travelling a lot professionally and I felt I was running all the time dealing with the kids, my demanding job… I wanted a more qualitative and meaningful life…
I needed a change.
Chance and circumstances acting well, my husband was offered a job in Singapore. I felt it was a sign and we decided to follow this opportunity of a life change.
Moving country was also the opportunity to reconsider my professional life.
I first looked for a similar job of marketing manager in Singapore but listening to my inner voice, I knew this was not what I wanted to do anymore. After 15 years of marketing, I wanted to do something different.
Coaching direct reports was the part of my job I liked most as a manager. I really enjoyed spending time to help them grow and this had always been recognized as one of my strength.
Besides, as I had more free time, some relatives spontaneously asked me to informally coach their daughters and sons to help them find their orientation, find their path or even prepare for interviews… I liked it a lot and all of them told me I should do that as a job.
So I decided to give it a try ! I took a formal training, the “The Brain based Coaching” at Neuroleadership, a methodology of coaching based on neurosciences and recognized by the ICF (International Coach Federation) - certificated below-. It really met my expectations as it is a very pragmatic, science based approach of coaching.
Right after my certificate, I immediately started to coach both in French and in English, with coachees from the French community and among locals.
Since 2017, we have relocated in London where I started my own coaching practice here.
I feel I have found a great balance in my life and I really love my job today. Helping others to grow fulfill me with joy everyday.
If we have a chance to meet, you will see that I am a very enthusiastic, positive and pragmatic person. I am very intuitive and my coachees often say they feel I can read their mind!
Mother of three boys full of energy and a strong professional business background, I can easily understand challenges among professional and personal life my coachees are facing.
My belief is that a successful coaching is first a strong alchemy between the coach and his coachee. Feeling well and trusting your coach are essentials.
I will be happy to meet you prior to any commitment so that you can better know me and feel if I could be your coach!
